In recognition of National Falls Prevention Awareness Week, the Northern Virginia Falls Prevention Alliance (NVFPA) will be offering fall screenings and will provide fall safety information for older adults.

Getting the Most from Google

There is a lot more to Google than search. If you have a Google account, you also have an email account with many hidden features, a calendar you can share with friends and family, collaborative word processing, and
more. In this session we'll look at how you can make good use of these free services.


Giant Nutrition Series: 4 Weeks to a Healthier You

Whether you’re concerned about weight, chronic disease management or just optimizing your health, this four-week series will help you identify relatively simple and gradual changes that add up to major improvements. Join Kristen McGill, MS, RDN, CSOWM, LDN, as we discuss diabetes, heart health, gut health and even brain health—and sample some tasty new products along the way!
