A custom blend of cardio conditioning suitable for all levels, this training format uses body weight, free weights, and balance work to improve coordination, stability and spatial awareness. You’ll need aerobic shoes, light weights and a yoga mat.

Accessible regardless of age or physical ability, this style of yoga uses exercises, breathwork, mantra and meditation to foster vitality in body, balance in mind and openness in spirit. You’ll need a thick yoga mat and a pillow for floor sitting.

This basic obedience course is for dogs over the age of six months who have no prior obedience training. Topics of instruction will include heeling on leash, come/recall command, down, sit and stay commands. Situational training as related to real life situations will be encompassed in this training. Behavior-related problem-solving methods will be addressed, as well. Classes will be held outdoors. Please do not bring your dog to the first class, it is only for pet "parents."

This course is offered to all dogs and their owners who have previously attended and completed a basic (introductory) dog obedience course. Topics of instruction will cover heeling off leash, extended stay commands, recalls under distraction, down in motion and advanced “situational” training.

Instruction for young athletes ages 2-5 years old. Our teaching methods are centered around the principle of providing the perfect balance between fun and learning through our curriculum. Players are introduced to fundamental techniques of kicking, passing, dribbling and defending. Classes include games and scrimmages incor- porating skills learned.
