Music Together®, an internationally recognized music and movement program, engages early childhood music development for infant, toddler and pre-school children and their parents and other primary caregivers through mixed-aged classes. The Music Together approach develops every child's birthright of basic music competence by encouraging the actual experiencing of music through playful activities rather than the learning of concepts or information about music.

For all fitness levels. Shape and tone your upper, middle and lower body, building and maintaining muscle strength, bone density, endurance and ease of movement. You will work all major and minor muscle groups. You'll need aerobic shoes, hand weights and a mat.

Accessible regardless of age or physical ability, this style of yoga uses exercises, breathwork, mantra and meditation to foster vitality in body, balance in mind and openness in spirit. You’ll need a thick yoga mat and a pillow for floor sitting.

Integrate the advantages of muscle conditioning with the alignment benefits of yoga practice. Bring mind and body into harmony, using breath and focus to work fully with decreased stress and injury. You will need a yoga mat and block.

Instruction for young athletes ages 2-5 years. Our teaching methods are centered around the principle of providing the perfect balance between fun and learning through our curriculum. Players are introduced to fundamental techniques of kicking, passing, dribbling and defense. Classes include games and scrimmages incorporating skills learned.
