Pilates/Yoga Combo for (Almost) Every Body

Stretch and strengthen your body in this combination class. The first half of the class includes yoga stretches, poses and flows. The second half focuses on Pilates and core exercises. No previous experience is necessary – all levels of experience are welcome. Bring a Yoga or exercise mat, and a bath or beach towel.
