Booth Pricing and Information:
Premium Booths: $225 each
Premium exposure to attendees along gateway to the rides and food.
Special highlighted listing in festival program.
No discount for multiple booths.
You may request up to three booths if you have a trailer display.
You may not sell food or drink.
General Exhibit Booths: $110 each
Spaces located in the General Exhibit Area of the Park.
Spaces are adjacent to one another.
Near Performance Stage, Pony Rides and Kids Midway.
No discount for multiple booths.
You may request up to two booths.
You may not sell food or drink.
Non-Profit Exhibit Booths: $75 each
Spaces located in the General Exhibit Area of the Park.
Spaces are adjacent to one another.

Must show proof of non-profit status (IRS Approval Letter)
You may not sell food or drink.
Food Vendor Applications
FOOD VENDOR SPACE IS SOLD OUT!
Any vendor wanting to sell "concession type" food at McLean Day must submit a Food Vendor application. We accept approximate 12-14 food vendors for this event. All food vendors must apply for a Temporary Food Establishment Permit with Fairfax County Health Department if they are accepted. Price for a food booth varies depending on the type of food sold. Booth size is approximately 12x12 unless providing a mobile food unit.

26th Annual McLean Holiday Crafts Show
The Juried Fine Arts & Crafts Show Since 1982

Show Hours (New for 2008):
Friday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
This is a well-established juried, fine arts and crafts show. Only crafters and artisans who make all their own items will be considered. This show features a wide variety of unique handmade, one-of-a-kind gifts. Food service will be provided by La Madeleine French Bakery and Restaurant.
Now Accepting Exhibitor Applications
Along with the application you must provide three photos of your work, one photo of you (in your workshop) making the items, and one photo of your booth display. Any application that is submitted without all 5 photos will be considered incomplete and will not be sent to the jury for review.
There is a $5.00 application fee to be juried. It must be included with the application. Please do not pay for any booth space fees with this application. If you are accepted, you will be notified by letter with an attached contract at which time booth payment will be due. Accepted exhibitors will be notified in late July or August.
You must select a main "category" for your items. If you have items that fall into separate categories you should jury them separately (ex. Jewelry may not be combined with Pottery).

Premium Lobby Space ($235)
Standard Space ($200)
All spaces are approximately 9x9. Due to the configuration of the building it is necessary that
spaces are different sizes to accommodate the location in the building. You may request a certain space or type of space but we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted. It will be considered during the placement of exhibitors. Exhibitors are placed based on the type of space they requested (Premium or Standard) and also the type of item that they make. We strive to ensure that "like" vendors are not adjacent to one another.
