Only residents selling used excess household items allowed. The deadline to register is May 31. This is a very popular community sale. Spaces go quickly, so please register early.

McLean Fall Harvest Festival

The Center will celebrate the wonderful fall season with activities for children and adults. Activities are currently being planned. The festival will include live stage entertainment, a moon bounce, pony rides, a carousel, games, face painting, food, an arts and crafts room and fun for the whole family. We strongly encourage those with strollers to leave them in the lobby stroller parking area. Strollers create a hazard in the walkways due to the number of patrons that attend the show.

This is a well-established juried, fine arts and crafts show. Only crafters and artisans who make all their own items will be considered. This show features a wide variety of unique handmade, one-of-a-kind gifts. Food service will be provided by La Madeleine French Bakery and Restaurant.
Now Accepting Exhibitor Applications
Along with the application you must provide three photos of your work, one photo of you (in your workshop) making the items, and one photo of your booth display. Any application that is submitted without all 5 photos will be considered incomplete and will not be sent to the jury for review.
There is a $5 application fee to be juried. It must be included with the application. Please do not pay for any booth space fees with this application. If you are accepted, you will be notified by letter with an attached contract at which time booth payment will be due. Accepted exhibitors will be notified in late July or August.
You must select a main "category" for your items. If you have items that fall into separate categories you should jury them separately (ex. Jewelry may not be combined with Pottery).

Standard Space ($200)
All spaces are approximately 9'x9.' Due to the configuration of the building it is necessary that spaces are different sizes to accommodate the location in the building. You may request a certain space or type of space but we cannot guarantee that your request will be granted. It will be considered during the placement of exhibitors. Exhibitors are placed based on the type of space they requested (Premium or Standard) and also the type of item that they make. We strive to ensure that "like" vendors are not adjacent to one another.
