Transform, Transport, Transpose:
Works by Leigh Taylor Mickelson,
Judit Varga, and Lars WestbyPutney MPA
Each of these artists begins with ordinary objects or shapes and transforms them into lively, animated sculpture full of humor and poetry using clay as a primary material.
 
Atrium Gallery:
Passing Fancies (Everyone's a Stranger Here): Paintings by Lynn Putney. Using an abstract vocabulary, Lynn Putney creates small, subtle paintings that glow with a quiet, magical intensity.
 
Ramp Gallery:
McLean Art Society
Juried Exhibition

An eclectic mix of work by members of the McLean Art Society. Juried by artist and George Mason University professor Walter Kravitz.

Celebrating 25 Years
25th Annual McLean Holiday Crafts Show

Friday, Nov. 30, 11 a.m.-6 p.m.
Saturday, Dec. 1, 10 a.m.-5 p.m.
Sunday, Dec. 2, Noon-4 p.m.

Admission: $2 adults; $1 children age 13 or younger; stroller fee $1. Good all three days! China

Israel and Jordan: More Stories from the Holy Lands

Join us for a fascinating journey without leaving town! In Jordan's capital city of Amman, (called Philadelphia in 250 B.C.), we'll tour the markets, Roman Theatre, Ruins of the Temple of Hercules, Cave of the Seven Sleepers and attend a present-day wedding. At Mukawir, we'll visit the fortress built by Herod the Great. In Jerusalem, we'll tour the Four Sephardi Synagogue to meet a rabbi, stop at the Elvis Inn and continue on our journey to see the sites and people that make up Jordan/Israel: More Stories From the Holy Lands.
