Spring Break Trips

On FCPS teacher work days and school breaks, 5th-9th graders can join the Old Firehouse Teen Center on these fun-filled trips! All trips depart from and return to the Old Firehouse, located at 1440 Chain Bridge Rd. Participants must bring clothes appropriate for the day’s activity. A signed OFTC Participant Contract is required to participate. Some trips also require an additional signed waiver. Forms are available at the Old Firehouse or online. Please turn in forms before the day of the trip. The Old Firehouse is open 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. for each day’s trip participants.

$5 per person; free for infants–36 month olds. Registration is required for all participants. Walk-ins will not be admitted.

For ages 3-8. Spring Fest is a special event that includes self-guided arts and crafts projects, entertainment and the opportunity for your child to take a professionalquality photo with Bunny. Remember to bring your Easter basket for our Parent/Child Easter Egg Hunt (10 egg limit). Please register early! Space is limited.

Parties include music, dancing, games, snacks and more! Fifth and sixth grader parties sell out early. Advance registration is required. Walk-ins will not be admitted.

Party Check-Out: A parent/guardian (age 18 or older) must check children out of the party inside the Community Hall. Party Volunteers: Parents/Guardians who wish to volunteer for parties must submit an email request to the registrar at Please include your name, address, phone number, email address(es) and your child’s name. Volunteer hours are 6:30-9:15 p.m. Each parent/guardian volunteer will receive one free admission for his or her 5th or 6th grader.
