CHANGES CLASS AND ACTIVITY FEE REFUND POLICY
New Policy Begins with Fall Session Registration on August 18
At the June meeting of the McLean Community Center Governing Board, the board approved changes to the Center's class and activity fee refund policy.
As always, the Center will issue a refund when a class or activity is cancelled or changed by the Center, and the change makes it impossible for the patron to participate in the class or activity. Classes that have not met the minimum enrollment one week prior to the start date of the class will be cancelled.
Refund or withdrawal requests received in person or by E-mail (mail@mcleancenter.org), mail or fax (703-556-0547) at least seven (7) days prior to the first day of a class also will be processed. Thereafter, refunds will be given only for patrons with medical emergencies that can be certified by a doctor. Absences and personal scheduling conflicts will not be acceptable justifications for refunds.
