Babysitter Lessons & Safety Training (6th-9th grades)
This American Academy of Pediatrics, BLAST! Program offers exciting and interactive instruction, providing extensive training in pediatric first aid, household safety and the fundamentals of childcare. Students must attend the entire session to receive their certificates. Please bring a doll and a bag lunch. Instructor: Linda Lowry.

Babysitting+American Heart Association CPR for Family & Friends (6th-9th grades)
This class combines Babysitter Lessons (see description listed above) with the American Heart Association’s “CPR for Family and Friends.” Students must attend the entire session to receive their certificates. Please bring a doll and a bag lunch. Instructor: Linda Lowry.

New! First Aid Training for Scouts (ages 11-15)
This course covers all the requirements needed for any first aid badge. Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts welcome. What is first aid? How to get help quickly and how to handle emergencies such as: bleeding, difficulty breathing, poisoning, heart attack, shock and choking (the Heimlich maneuver will be taught). Interactive lifelike scenarios are practiced in class. Instructor: Linda Lowry.
