General Information:
Cost includes all food and materials. All classes limited to 12 participants. Please make certain your child will be able to meet the following requirements:

• Must be age 8 or older to enroll.
• Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Must focus on tasks to completion.
• Must stand for long periods of time.
• Should not attend class when ill.

There is a mandatory dress code. Participants should wear a short-sleeved shirt, closed-toe shoes and socks. Long hair must be pulled back close to the head; jewelry is not permitted.

Cooking, Manners and EtiquetteMan pouring cream into pot on stovetop
Sign up now for this highly popular and effective etiquette class. In the first class, kids prepare a variety of foods, then sit and enjoy the rewards of their labor while discussing the concepts and rules of manners and etiquette. The second class includes a four-course meal served restaurant-style, while the participants’ dining etiquette is critiqued by Chef Joel in an enjoyable and productive manner. Recipes and handouts will be presented at the end of Class Two. Instructor: Chef Joel Olson.
