Summer Culinary Camps 2008
Each day, students prepare a different meal and then dine on what they made.  Topics include: kitchen rules and responsibility, knife safety, cleanliness, table manners and common courtesy.  All camps participation based.  The cost of the summer cooking camp includes all food and materials.  All camps limited to 12 participants.  Menu subject to change without notice.
