Senior Fitness

Fit-For-Life
Total body fitness and conditioning program for those in search of a moderate but effective workout. Class includes gentle warm up exercises, strength training with light weights, flex-bands, and/or resistance tubes, muscle toning and moves to increase dynamic flexibility. Students combine low-impact aerobics and stretches to strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance and build endurance. Some classes will utilize a stability ball for balance and core work. Wear aerobic shoes and bring water, an exercise mat, hand weights, resistance bands and a stability ball. Gentle Workout to Music
Great for those returning to or beginning exercise. A variety of moves provide total body fitness and conditioning. Some exercises use a chair for support. Students combine lowimpact aerobics and gentle stretches while strengthening and toning arms, shoulders, chest, neck, legs and back. Exercises increase flexibility, core stability, balance and endurance. Wear comfortable shoes and bring water, hand weights, resistance bands, a small ball about 6” diameter and tubing with handles.
