Yoga classYoga for Fitness: Standing Yoga Flow

Yoga Sculpt & Strength

Yoga + Pilates

A holistic integration of two disciplines offers a workout that energizes, relaxes and rejuvenates. Pilates-Daytime

Pilates/Ballet Fusion Fitness Workout

This class for non-dancers uses ballet movement patterns infused with Pilates and Yoga alignment cues to provide a fun workout bringing the mind into play. Learn to engage your core abdominal muscles, improve your posture and create a longer, leaner, stronger body! Start using your body more efficiently while increasing suppleness and grace. These floor and mat exercises, developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s, remain so popular today because of the results they achieve. Particular emphasis is placed on the mind-body connection. Kundalini Yoga

For all fitness levels. This yoga series focuses on ridding the body of stress, moving tight bodies and stuck energy, and clearing the psyche. Learn techniques of Kundalini Yoga, meditation and mantra that can help balance your emotions and release anxiety, depression and fear. Join us for an active practice that helps improve stamina. Class includes gentle warm-up exercises, strength training with light weights, flex-bands and/or resistance tubes, muscle toning and moves to increase dynamic flexibility. Students combine low-impact aerobics and stretches to strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance and build endurance. Wear aerobic shoes and bring water, an exercise mat, hand weights, resistance bands and a small  (6-8 inch diameter) ball. Instructor: Linda Bernstein.

Gentle Workout to Music

Great for those returning to or beginning exercise. A variety of moves provide total body fitness and conditioning. Some exercises use a chair for support.
