Pilates Mat Class—Beginner
For students who are new to Pilates or who have not yet studied with this instructor. Learn to engage your core abdominal muscles, improve your posture and create a longer, leaner, stronger body! Start using your body more efficiently while increasing suppleness and grace. These floor and mat exercises, developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900’s, remain so popular today because of the results they achieve. Particular emphasis is placed on the mind–body connection. Kundalini Yoga for Stress Management

Senior Fitness—Fit-For-Life

Total body fitness and conditioning program for those in search of a moderate, but effective workout. Class includes gentle warm up exercises, strength training with light weights, flex-bands and/or resistance tubes, muscle toning and moves to increase dynamic flexibility. Students combine lowimpact aerobics and stretches to strengthen and tone muscles, increase flexibility, improve balance and build endurance.
