Refund Information

Due to inclement weather, the McLean Community Center was CLOSED and all activities CANCELED, on Friday, February 5 through Sunday, February 7.  Please bring or mail your tickets to the Alden Theatre Box Office by Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 9 p.m.

Please Note: Refunds will be issued as a check from Fairfax County Government and may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.  In some cases it may be possible to refund a credit card.

Refunds are available for these events:
Yu Wei Chinese Dance Collection                     February 5, 2010 at 8 p.m.
Theatreworks USA's Max & Ruby                     February 7, 2010 at 3 p.m.
 

How did you purchase your tickets??

I bought my tickets online, by phone, or through a Ticketmaster outlet.
Please contact Ticketmaster for your refund at 703-573-SEAT.

I bought my tickets by mail, or in person through the Alden Theatre Box Office.
Please bring or mail your tickets to the Alden Theatre Box Office at:

by Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 9 p.m.

Include the following:
1. First and Last Name
2. Mailing Address
3. Phone Number
4. Email (if available)
5. Your ticket(s)   Refunds may not be processed without your tickets.  If your tickets are in Will Call, please let us know.
6. Your credit card receipt (if available).  In some cases it may be possible to refund a credit card.
