The Alden Theatre Box Office is a member of the Washington-Baltimore TICKETMASTER system to provide you with convenient access to hundreds of events in and around the metro area.

For Refunds of the February 5 or February 7 performances: Please bring or send your tickets to the Alden Theatre Box Office with a mailing address and contact information. Some tickets purchased through TICKETMASTER are available at the regular rate only. All discounts are available at the Box Office window or by mail order to the Box Office.

Seating Capacity
The capacity of the Alden Theatre is limited to the number of available seats in accordance with Fairfax County fire regulations. Therefore, for your safety, parents may not hold children in their laps without providing a separate, purchased seat and a no standing room policy is strictly enforced.

Resident Discounts
Available at the Box Office or by mail order only.
All patrons residing within the MCC tax district are eligible for discounts on all Alden Theatre-sponsored events. Identification may be requested at the time tickets are purchased so that we may verify local residency. 

Senior and Student Discounts
Available at the Box Office or by mail order only.
Student and senior discounts are available. Proof of age or ID may be requested. Not available for all performances.

Group Rates
Available at the Box Office or by mail order only.
Group Rates are available for most performances. Please call the Box Office at 703-790-9223, for information.  

Wheelchair Access
Seating is available for those who use wheelchairs. Please make arrangements when ordering tickets. A 24-hour notice is requested and is appreciated. 

Hearing Impaired
The Alden Theatre is equipped with an infrared audio system for those who are hearing impaired. It can be used with or without a hearing aid. Please inquire at the Box Office.

Accommodations for Individuals with Disabilities and Other Special Needs
The Alden Theatre is fully ADA compliant and will make arrangements for reasonable accommodations. To ensure our ability to meet your needs, requests must be made no less than 16 working days prior to performance or activity you wish to attend.
